The BKM Trust – IT2638/2008 - Tony is a founding Trustee of the BKM Trust. The aims
and objectives for which this Trust has been constituted are to utilize the capital
and nett income from the assets of the Trust to (1) finance the operations and management
of the Bergvliet, Kreupelbosch and Meadowridge Neighbourhood Watch, or BKM Watch
as it is commonly known, an organization which aims to ensure the safety and security
of residents in the aforementioned suburbs; and (2) to finance the operations and
management of any similar organization(s) with similar objectives as may be approved
at any time by the trustees.
